Alice Blue Restaurant offers a modern bistro cuisine based on classic European cooking techniques. Featuring a wine list that lies mostly in the old world with a focus on natural wines and a classic cocktail list, the bar/lounge area is a great place to meet friends or just stop in for a drink and a bite. This reimagined concept has been dining favorite since owner Claire Smith opened it in 2003. It's a neighborhood space, capturing the eclecticism and friendliness of the Heights and encourages an interaction with life on 19th Street. The decor is contemporary, yet inviting, with a fabulous dining room and cozy outdoor seating.
